Come unwind with me Monday evening at 6 pm for a deep stretch, restorative yin class. Yin is described as the shady side of the hill. Yin is passive, it is darkness, cold water, slow, unyielding. Through passive yin asanas we are able to stretch out the fascia and strengthen our tendons and the deeper muscles. Yin helps us to slow down and achieve a much deeper mind-body connection.
