Join Hillary from Macabre Yoga for an outdoor beginner Vinyasa yoga class, meditation, and local ghost stories from the DMV area! Music for class will be to Dopesmoker by Sleep.

There can be no light without the dark, and that is the fundamental idea behind Macabre Yoga. Honor all aspects of yourself, not just the light, and join us as we delve into the unknown for this immersive and spine tingling yoga experience. The class will begin with the telling of ghost stories, meditation, followed by a slow paced beginners yoga class focusing on modifications and alignment. Regardless of your fitness level, or if you've never practiced yoga before, all are welcome to join in a safe and welcoming environment.
