Yin at The Spring Yoga & Natural Health Center

Join me for a restorative deep stretch yin class. Yin is described as the shady side of the hill. Yin is passive, it is darkness, cold water, slow, unyielding. Through passive yin asanas we are able to stretch out the fascia and strengthen our tendons and the deeper muscles. Yin helps us to slow down and achieve a much deeper mind-body connection. You’ll feel relaxed and restored and ready to take on the week ahead.
